Do you have a showroom that I can visit?

Yes. We are located in Midhurst West Sussex and are open for visitors Monday-Saturday 9.30-5.30. You don’t need an appointment!

Do you have parking?

Sadly not but Midhurst itself has two large car parks and parking charges are minimal

How much is delivery?

Small items are £5.95 and larger items are quoted individually

Do you ship internationally?

Smaller item yes but unfortunately we are not able to ship larger items such as chairs

How soon will my item arrive?

We ship same day before 2pm. Please allow 2-3 working days. We always ship Special Delivery

Who do you use for delivery?

We use Royal Mail for smaller items and a courier for the larger pieces.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as the item is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number

What do I do if my order does not arrive?

Please contact us immediately. We will do our best to find your item and if not we will replace where possible.

How do I place an order?

You can order 24 hors a day on the website or on the phone during the shop opening hours

Can I cancel my order?

It is possible to cancel your order if the item has not left us. 

Do your items include VAT?

Yes. All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT

Can I return my goods?

Yes.

Refunds will be processed (excluding original delivery fees) when the request to return is made within 14 days from the receipt of delivery. A credit note will be issued (excluding original delivery fees) if the request to return is made after 14 days from receipt of delivery. All returns must be received by Rockett St George within 30 days from receipt of delivery to qualify for a refund.
